    Terms And Condition of Hire
    1. Height - is variable, depending on different castles hired.
    2. Weight - is variable, depending on different castles hired.
    3. Age – nobody aged 14 or over is allowed on the inflatable at any time.
    4. Where it is allowed in condition number 3 each person using the equipment who is over the age limit stated should sign the attached wavier before using the equipment provided except where the hired equipment is being supervised by the supplier.
    5. The supplier should determine the maximum number of attendants needed to operate the equipment safely. And the principal hirer should ensure that at least this number is on duty when the equipment is in operation. A minimum number of attendants required to operate the equipment safety is ……………
    6. Alcohol – it is required that the supervisor allow that no person under the influence of alcohol be allowed to use the equipment at any time.
    7. Suppliers responsibility – if you have any reason to believe that the equipment has not been supplied in accordance HSM PM 76 detailed overleaf, do not sign these terms and conditions until you are satisfied that the equipment is ready and safe to use.
    8. Weather – the above equipment has been designed for use indoor/outdoor conditions, however when wet the equipment may become slippery and therefore increase the possibility of injury to the users. In such cases the equipment should not be used. When there are high winds the inflatable should be deflated.
    9. Responsibility of loss/damage –the principal hirer accepts full and complete responsibility for all loss or damage to the above stated equipment while it is under their custody and control.
    10. HSM PM 76 – the equipment as stated above, should be erected, operated, supervised and used in accordance with the guidelines as set out in HSM PM 76, a summary of the relevant sections of which are attached as part of these Terms and Conditions.
