Which areas do you deliver to? we deliver to all areas surrounding Stoke-On-Trent Map. On what days can I hire a Castle? we can supply castles 7 days a week. What if it rains? Many of our castles have shower covers. However, if your hire date is very wet and you no longer wish to have the castle, you may cancel on the day. We are afraid that if very high winds/stormy weather is forecast, we may have to cancel the hire for safety and insurance reasons. How long can I keep the castle? You may keep the castle for a whole day or for only a few hours but the price will remain same. Normal hire days end at 7pm, depending on the time of year I.E light permitting but a castle can be kept until 10pm for additional charge and even overnight(see next FAQ). Your delivery and collection times will be fitted in around existing bookings. Can I keep the castle overnight? The latest that we allow castles out until is 10pm and additional charges will apply after 7pm. The additional charge is £10 per hour (or part) between 8 and 10pm. Also, we do not allow castles to be used outdoors after dusk unless in a well lit area for both safety reasons and so that we can see to pack them away! (e.g. If you want a castle picked up at 9:30pm the additional charge will be £10 + £10 = £20). However, most of out castles can be kept overnight for an additional £100 cash deposit and an overnight charge.This will also depend on weather or not the castle is booked out for the next day. Please note, this only applies in secure gardens, We reserve the right to cancel if we feel that the venue is not adequate, or has not been described adequately also you must accept full responsibility for the castle, and agree to remove the electrics and fan to an indoor location. How much is the booking deposit and do I get it back if I cancel? We do not charge a booking deposit on Bouncers. You may cancel at any point giving us as much notice as possible. If you are outside the 5 mile radius we may request the delivery cost to be covered.
